Sonic's age has never been said by any character at any point in any game. There was a manual or something that listed him as 15 and entire fanbase has been running with it. There's a bio in Sonic Heroes that lists him as 15 but in Jams which was released before there's a bio saying 16 since Sonic continuity is a myth.

SammyClassicSonicFan (person)Ethan S. Harbors, more commonly referred to as SammyClassicSonicFan, is a 15-year-old YouTube video producer and author. He is the owner of the SammyClassicSonicFan YouTube channel and creator of the Skylar Space-Time series. He is a major Super Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog, and overall Nintendo fan. His videos are usually about one of those two topics if not about Skylar Space-Time. The SammyClassicSonicFan 'brand' has existed ever since April 18th, 2013.


Ethan 'Sammy' Harbors was born on October 31st, 1998. His friend Justin A. Biggs 'BowserMan101' was born on February 22nd, 1999, whom Sammy befriended in 5th grade. At age 2, Sammy played his first video game, Game & Watch Gallery 2, on the Game Boy Color. At age 3, Sammy was diagnosed with high-functioning autism. At age 4, Sammy received a Game Boy Advance and a GameCube. He owned a PS1 and PS2 beforehand. At age 5, he received Sonic Mega Collection for the Nintendo GameCube, officially becoming a Sonic fan. In 2005, Sammy created Supasami. During second grade, Sammy partook in a video game development class (which had very primitive video game developing software, according to Sammy). At the age of 11, Sammy created his very first YouTube channel: MultiMariosonic. Throughout 2012, 'the Great Broadenization' occurred, in which Sammy immensely expanded his interests in the gaming world.
On April 19th, 2013, Sammy officially created the SammyClassicSonicFan YouTube channel. In late May 2013, the popularity of his channel increased. On November 30th, 2013, Sammy's channel's name was changed to SammyTanookiGamer. Although, 15 days later, its name reverted back to SammyClassicSonicFan, but Sammy created an alternate channel called SammyTanookiGamer, which is where all Nintendo-related videos would go. However, on December 20th, 2013, Sammy's YouTube channels (SammyClassicSonicFan, SammyTanookiGamer, and MultiMariosonic) were all deleted. In January 2014, Sammy was revealed to still be alive and kicking on the Internet on his SammyPaperMarioFan channel in January (was deleted later that month), and in February on his SnoopyFlyingAce64 channel. On February 7th, 2014, the Sammy Space-Time's Channel was created. On March 31st, 2014, it was renamed SammyClassicSonicFan.
On January 2nd, 2014, Sammy begun production on the Sammy Space-Time series, starting with Escape from the Killer Volcano. Its successors were Enter Sammy Space-Time and Sammy's Super Sonic Adventure. On March 30th, 2014, the series was cancelled in favor of its reimagining: the Skylar Space-Time series. Its first book is in the works: The Dawn of Skylar Space-Time.
